A Hopeless country
One thing this country need is not just discipline but to eliminate corruption! which I think is hopeless! and improved the transportation system just like what Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China have done. I watched it on Youtube.com how this countries became First World from being part of the Third World area.
